Magnetic shunt is put between primary winding and secondary winding to increase leakage flux and leakage reactance.
In particular, the transformer is so much used for micro wave oven.
High voltage transformer(H.V.T) for micro wave oven is approved to use commercial power source and generate high voltage (200 to 220v) for magnetron and adjust leakage reactance under load change and keep the applied electric current constant. It's a kind of electrostatic transformer.

Our H.V.T is a transformer to supply power to magnetron(M.G.T) and put heater coil between primary coil and secondary coil to heat M.G.T's heater and also supply high voltage power to drive M.G.T

UL approved Class 'H' & 'N' transformer for microwave oven File No. E787704 / E102681

Our microwave oven transformer were recognized as a class H&N insulation system transformer by UL. The figure to the right shows an operation.
Life curve for our transformer, which was determined by UL's evaluation in accordance with the operation life evaluation test described in IEEE57, ELEDEX's Transformer have been proved to be safe and of high quality by our various unique reliability tests.
